I work on both project-based quotes and hourly rates, depending on what fits the engagement. Pricing depends on scope and complexity. As a solo operation, my overhead is lower than a full development firm — that savings goes directly to you.

I'm available Monday through Friday during standard business hours. I typically reply within 1 business day. Evening and weekend availability can be arranged for urgent matters by special arrangement.

1. I review your request and follow up personally — no automated dispatch. 2. I scope the project: requirements, existing infrastructure, goals, and timeline. 3. I provide a clear proposal with deliverables and estimated timeline before any work begins. For remote collaboration, I use video conferencing, screen sharing, and code review tools.

Please share your project goals, current challenges, timeline, and any existing infrastructure or tools you're using. If you have an existing codebase, documentation, or infrastructure details, those are helpful too. The more context you provide, the better prepared I can be for my initial discussion.

Due to the consulting nature of the work, each hour spent is billable regardless of outcome. I'll always provide recommendations on the level of effort required, and I can set caps on hours per engagement to align on expectations. What's covered: code quality, documentation, and testing. What's not: third-party service outages and scope changes outside the original agreement.

I maintain clear documentation on every project so work can be picked up by another qualified developer if needed. For urgent production issues, I have arrangements in place to ensure someone can respond even if I'm sick or on another job.

Never send passwords, API keys, or sensitive credentials via email or the contact form. I'll coordinate a secure method for sharing sensitive information during my initial conversation.
